THE
RESULT
The site now works the way it should.
Users spend more time exploring, move through pages more easily, and reach the booking stage with less friction.
The experience feels easier to use, easier to trust, and more aligned with the level of service being offered.
There’s a clear increase in engagement and a smoother path to enquiries.
Most importantly, the site now supports conversions instead of holding them back.
WHAT I DID
I rebuilt the site with a stronger focus on structure, hierarchy, and how people actually move through it.
Redesigned listings to feel more interactive and easier to explore, instead of static blocks
I improved the navigation and overall flow of the site.
Placed trust signals where they support decision-making
Sticky header and quicker navigation
Scroll-to-top and smoother movement across pages
Faster load times through image optimisation and backend clean-up
Clear “Book” actions across the site
THE PROJECT
highlights
The goal was to simplify everything...To create a website that feels clear, easy to navigate, and designed aesthetically with the level of service Michael actually offers.
-
Clear headline and CTA right from the first screen; a stronger direction from “browse” to “book a consultation”
-
I redesigned how listings are shown so they feel more interactive and easier to explore, instead of static blocks of information.
-
Quick access to key info like price, type, and links, leading to a more engaging browsing experience
-
Features like Sticky header, Scroll-to-top, Trust signals buttons.
-
Made booking feel quick and straightforward with Calendly
-
Made the site faster by compressing images and cleaning things up behind the scenes
Result: more inquiries and clicks through rate from potential clients.
THE
PROBLEM
Beyond the clutter and unclear messaging, the deeper issue was how the site functioned. It felt passive.
Listings were just displayed, not explored. There was no sense of interaction or progression. You could browse, but nothing pushed you to an action.
Key information was buried or inconsistent. Things like property details, next steps, or how to get in touch required effort instead of being obvious.
Trust was also under-leveraged. Strong proof points were there, but they didn’t stand out or guide the user toward action.
Overall, the site didn’t match the level of service being offered. It undersold the experience.
